My four year old son at the park today you were entertaining your little cousin making her laugh – when you see you can make someone laugh you really take the opportunity.
My two year old daughter I went out today without you and you cried when I left – but it did make me feel loved.
My nine month old son I would definitely describe you as playful – everything is a game and new discovery.

 Saturday 29

My four year old son when daddy went out at night and we stayed up watching Jumanji – you were so into it and I thought that movie was above your age group!
My two year old daughter now that you don’t wear a nappy you really look like a little girl – no more my little toddler!
My nine month old son I love just watching you examine your toys.

My four year old son you asked me to write numbers and letters on a piece of paper for you and you carried it around with you everywhere, even the shop and toilet.
My two year old daughter sitting outside under the sun drinking tea and eating chocolate – one of my favourite things to do!
My nine month old son I loved dancing with you today – the others weren’t in the mood but you are still tiny and so I can make you do what I want !

My four year old son playing cops – the game of the moment! I’m usually the policeman.
My two year old daughter you really can entertain yourself for quite a while riding your bike round and round the dining table.

My four year old son I was so happy that you were happy to go back to school with no fussing. After a few minutes you even told me ‘you can leave now!’
My two year old daughter it was cute seeing you sing ‘If you’re happy and you know it’ doing the actions and everything cause you were really having fun doing it!

My four year old son you told me an interesting story today that involved a space mam jumping over the fence and flying to the moon!
My two year old daughter the faces you make when you are talking are very expressive and animated.

My four year old son you dressed yourself today – your shirt was back to front and inside out but you got your pants right!
My two year old daughter When we went to a friend’s house today you were so at ease despite never never having been to before – I like seeing that
My nine month old son I love how when I pretended to eat your food it sparked your interest to eat it. Can’t believe that trick works on a 9 month old!

My four year old son you’ve knicknamed a shop we go to ‘the three thousand’. I have no idea why
My two year old daughter I asked you if you were sick today and you said yes. When I asked you what hurts you said ‘my feet’. Hmmm somehow i’m doubtful
My nine month old son today you repeated ‘yea’ after your brother. You also waved when someone said bye. Even if they’re one offs for now they’re worth noting

My four year old son when you watch a movie you always like to have your hands busy playing with lego, blocks or play doh.
My two year old daughter you would make your own breakfast if you could – today you settled for a cup of cereal you poured yourself when I was sleeping.
My nine month old son today you lay on daddy’s tummy for ages!

Friday 21

My four year old son it’s funny seeing you play hide and seek cause when you’re ‘it’ you always pretend you don’t see us to make the game last longer.
My two year old daughter it was fun making pizza with you while eating pizza toppings – and you were really good at sprinkling cheese!
My nine month old son I love watching you examine your toys.

Thursday 20

My four year old son seeing I liked seeing you and your sister have fun drawing on your daddy’s back using washable markers.
My two year old daughter you looked like such a big girl riding your trike on the bike track at the park.

My four year old son you have an interest in learning about the planets and I can see you are storing up information.
My two year old daughter it was cute seeing you wearing an apron to cook up play-doh food.

My four year old son we did and Easter egg hunt today and seeing your excitement at finding the hidden eggs was beautiful.

My four year old son we took quite a while at the shops and you were so patient.

My four year old son It was super cute seeing you play with your new batman lego all day.

My eight month old son you were happily sleeping in you uncle’s arms when I cam home from being out – it was a relief to see that you could settle even without me.

My four year old son you were shooting hoops today and kept getting them in! Not bad for a four year old!
My two year old daughter it was sweet how you were saying ‘can’t wait see Nana, I love Nana, Nana best friend!’

My four year old son you were making your baby brother giggle lots today with funny noises.

My four year old son you were talking to your baby brother like you were having a conversation with him and like he really understood.
My two year old daughter seeing you wearing a beanie is the most adorable sight – you love your hats (not to mention shoes, dresses, bags).
